DOGUSANX

Dogusanx products are high-performance technical textile membranes manufactured by coating a polyester (PES) base fabric with PVC and applying protective surface layers. Compared to standard membrane groups, they offer a wider range of types and higher strength levels, making them suitable for more demanding structural applications. Their structure provides excellent mechanical strength, long service life, and strong resistance to environmental conditions, including UV exposure and surface contamination.

The products are classified into multiple types (Type I to Type V) according to their weight and strength. Lower types are used for medium-duty applications, while higher types are designed for large-span structures and projects requiring very high load-bearing capacity. Some variants also include block-out features, preventing light transmission and ensuring complete shading when needed.

These membranes exhibit high tensile and tear strength and maintain stable performance under a wide range of temperatures. They are also flame-retardant and resistant to mold and microorganisms.
