DOGUSANZ

Dogusanz products are technical textile membranes manufactured by coating a polyester (PES) base fabric with PVC and applying a PVDF protective top layer. This structure provides high mechanical strength, long service life, and strong resistance to outdoor environmental conditions. Their UV resistance and dirt-repellent surface make them especially suitable for architectural and outdoor applications.

The products are classified based on their weight and strength. Lighter Type I membranes are used for medium-duty applications, while heavier Type II membranes are preferred for larger spans and structures requiring higher load-bearing capacity. Some variants also feature block-out properties, preventing light transmission and ensuring full shading.

These membranes offer high tensile and tear strength and maintain their performance across a wide temperature range. They are also flame-retardant and resistant to mold and microorganisms.
